On August 14, 2026, we concluded CYOC’s Week 2 Summer Engineering Workshop with two inspiring guest-speaker presentations, a family showcase, and a celebration party. It was a great ending to a week filled with designing, building, testing, teamwork, and problem-solving.

去年，当我在升九年级的暑假创办工程工作坊时，我自己和好友共3 名讲师以及16 名学用一周时间一起探索 3D 设计、3D 打印和 Arduino。今年夏天，我很高兴看到我们的项目发展成为内容各不相同的两个星期工程工作坊：第一周（6月22日至26日）有16名学生参加，第二周（8月10日至14日）有20名学生参加。
COLLEGE PARK, Md., August 9, 2026 – The TG Academy of Innovation (TGAI) concluded its 2026 Summer Innovation Course and Workshop on Sunday with Personal Innovation Plan (PIP) presentations and a closing ceremony at the University of Maryland, College Park. On Saturday, August 8th, CYOC Frederick Branch leader Raymond Zhou and Georgia Tech undergraduate Luc Lugez along with others hosted a community pickleball tournament at the Montgomery Tennisplex, bringing together players, families, volunteers, and community members for a day filled with competition, teamwork, and fun. The event was organized as an opportunity for people in the community to come together through a friendly and accessible sport while supporting the CYOC’s mission of encouraging community involvement.

2026年8月8日，CYOC Frederick分部首届青少年匹克球赛在Montgomery TennisPlex举行并圆满落幕。来自社区及周边学校的青年选手齐聚球场，在友好而充满活力的氛围中展开了一场场紧张而精彩的匹克球对决。
为积极响应匹克球（Pickleball）运动在全美快速发展的热潮，进一步推动青少年体育运动和健康成长，由CYOC（华府青年 Capital Youth Outreach Club）Frederick分部主办的首届青少年匹克球公开赛将于2026年8月8日（星期六）下午2:00至6:00在Montgomery TennisPlex隆重举行。

On July 31, 2026, under beautiful sunny skies at Anacostia Park in Washington, D.C., the 2026 Youth Summer Olympics brought together hundreds of young campers from So What Else (SWE) summer camp sites across the Greater Washington area for a day filled with sports, creativity, learning, and community connection.
