The Capital Youth Outreach Club (CYOC) is a volunteer organization led and managed by senior young students, consisting of more than three hundred active members from the regions of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Since its establishment in 2018, CYOC has successfully organized several fundraise activities to support USA and China hospitals in their battle against the pandemic, provide aid to Ukrainian musicians impacted by war, and help refugees upon their arrival in our county. As one of the most active youth volunteer organizations in the area, CYOC was honored to be invited to participate the Independent day parade for 3 concessive years (2019, 2022 and 2023) in Washington DC.
CYOC also offers a diverse range of volunteer activities with a focus on education, sports, arts, and various community service projects. The organization warmly welcomes young individuals from all backgrounds to join our mission of serving the community, recognizing the strength that lies in our collective efforts. Together, we can make a positive impact and create a more inclusive and compassionate society.
大华府大专院校联合会 (CAAGW，简称 “大专联”) 属下的 Capital Youth Outreach Club (CYOC， “华府青年”) 于2018年8月成立，这个 Club 的目的是用我们大专联的资源， 鼓励华二代参与大专联的校友联谊和各种社会实践， 主导社区活动，更好地把我们亚裔文化融合入主流社会。
同时吸引更多的人参与大专联的各种活动，让大专联举办的各种活动更专业，顺畅，完美。大专联现在已经在 MCVC 注册，并成为 MCPS 的 SSL合格机构。俱乐部由学生自己管理，Ping 是这个俱乐部的 Parent Adviser，加上小学, 初中，高中的支持核心家长，主要是联糸家长给俱乐部提供资源，支持俱乐部活动和签发SSL。 现在俱乐部招收会员， 为社区活动，培养 leadership 从小做起，小学以上的学生都欢迎参加。
