大华府地区中国大专院校校友会联合会 (CAAGW，简称 “大专联”) 旗下的华府青年义工俱乐部 （Capital Youth Outreach Club, CYOC) 于2018年8月成立。华府青年义工俱乐部的目的是鼓励校友的华裔二代参与大专联的校友联谊和各种社会实践， 主导社区活动，引导和培养孩子们成为有爱心，责任心和领导力的华裔二代。更好地把我们的亚裔文化融入主流社会。同时吸引更多的人参与大专联的各种活动，让大专联举办的各种活动更加专业，顺畅，完美。

The Capital Youth Outreach Club (CYOC) is a volunteer organization led and managed by senior young students, consisting of more than three hundred active members from the regions of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Since its establishment in 2018, CYOC has successfully organized several fundraise activities to support USA and China hospitals in their battle against the pandemic, provide aid to Ukrainian musicians impacted by war, and help refugees upon their arrival in our county. As one of the most active youth volunteer organizations in the area, CYOC was honored to be invited to participate the Independent day parade for 3 concessive years (2019, 2022 and 2023) in Washington DC.
CYOC also offers a diverse range of volunteer activities with a focus on education, sports, arts, and various community service projects. The organization warmly welcomes young individuals from all backgrounds to join our mission of serving the community, recognizing the strength that lies in our collective efforts. Together, we can make a positive impact and create a more inclusive and compassionate society.
